Behaviour Change is the most courageous action we will ever take in our lives. It is complicated and complex and can feel vulnerable. It requires a disruption of familiar yet dysfunctional rigid, habitual patterns of beliefs and associated feelings that usually have become neurologically hard wired as defensive survival traits, that we mistakenly think are true. To move from stress driven survive states to being in calm relational restorative thrive states, inevitably means we come to realise who we really could be, and accept who we have been, through our own ignorance. This is tough, tough work, but now, more than ever,  in the history of mankind is this work so needed.

Ignite Change is a programme of exploration for those who want to discover who they really are, but with a difference! Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build new positive habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. And that’s why I am integrating the revolutionary 6-week Positive Intelligence PQ® App programme.

 

IGNITE CHANGE 2: Activate Resilient Change

A 6-week Intensive Skills Training Programme

Follow up with the 6-week PQ® Training App Programme to Build New Powerful Positive Habits. This programme includes use of a supported App where your facilitator Sun Meyer, will track your daily progress as part of the individual mentorship and supervision provided in the weekly supervised group pods.

DAILY PRACTICE

15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to establish mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized into 5 x 2 – 5 min exercises throughout the day to fit your busy schedule and customized based to challenge your unique to you, patterns of self-sabotage.

WEEKLY FOCUS

Weekly hour-long training video and supporting materials, delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel inspired and energized to practice during the week to sustain the benefits experienced during the training video sessions.

MEASURABLE PROGRESS

You’ll feel motivated through simultaneous tracking as you do your mind exercises, on exactly how much progress you’re making towards building the 3 core muscles of mental fitness. Brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging within 8 weeks from the start of this training.

GROUP POD SUPPORT

Facilitated by Sun Meyer integrating IFS and Polyvagal Resiliency Skills

These small group pods designed to train you to develop natural SELF motivation and accountability by working alongside other like-minded participants in a weekly group meeting.  Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind and brain. Each group contains max 4 people and groups are mindfully matched by Sun Tui.

This programme can only be attended after completion of Ignite Change 1.1 and 1.2. programme. and is a personal and professional development training suitable for non-therapists and therapists. This programme is an IFEEL Method CPD course accredited by the NCIP. Completion of both Ignite Change 1.1, 1.2 and 2 is 50 CPD credits and is a core module for the Level 7 post graduate IFEEL Method in Neuro-Psycho-Somatic Human Behaviour Change Qualification.

 

Each group contains max 4 people.

NOTE: This course requires approx. 3-hours per week of development work
